Our Policy

This ensures that both Frame x Frame and our clients are aligned on what to expect from start to finish of our partnerships.

Booking & Payment

To secure services with Frame X Frame, a retainer is required.

  • Content Creation & Creative Direction: 50% retainer required to book

  • Social Media Management: Full payment due upon signing the contract to begin onboarding

Remaining balances for services are due on the day of service.

Retainers are transferable one time with proper notice. After one transfer, the retainer will be forfeited if rescheduling occurs again.

Accepted payment method: All Major Credit cards, Zelle, ACH, and Money orders.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the retainer.

  • No-call/no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of the retainer and may prevent future bookings.

Revisions

All content and graphics include up to 3 revisions.

Additional revisions beyond the included amount will incur an additional fee.

A Zoom consultation is required before any contracts or agreements are finalized to ensure clear project direction.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times:

  • Content edits: 7–10 business days

  • Graphics: 7–10 business days

  • Strategy plans: Up to 14 business days

Turnaround times begin once all required materials and information are received.

Rush services are available for an additional fee.

Communication

Clients can expect responses within 24 business hours.

Preferred communication methods:

  • Text

  • Email

  • Zoom

Social Media Management

Frame X Frame can manage content posting, comments, and direct messages depending on the client’s service package.

Clients may choose whether they would like to approve content prior to posting.

Clients maintain full ownership and control of their social media accounts at all times.

Content Usage

Frame X Frame retains the right to use captured content for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes.

Clients will receive access to their final files.
If raw footage only is booked, edited content is available for an additional fee.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients must provide:

  • Access to required accounts

  • Brand assets (logos, colors, etc.)

  • Timely communication and feedback

  • Attendance at scheduled meetings or shoots

Delays in receiving required materials may impact turnaround times.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.

All completed work must be paid in full prior to termination.

Scope of Work Policy

All services provided by Frame X Frame are limited to the deliverables outlined in the client’s service package or contract.

Any requests outside of the agreed scope including additional posts, edits, strategy adjustments, graphics, or content will be considered additional services and quoted separately.

Liability

Frame X Frame provides strategic and creative services designed to support and strengthen your brand’s online presence. While we work diligently to create effective campaigns and engaging social media content, we cannot guarantee specific performance results such as engagement, reach, or sales. Social media performance can be influenced by many external factors beyond our control. However, we remain committed to delivering thoughtful strategies and high-quality content to position your brand for the best possible outcomes.

Frame X Frame is not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes, or third-party platform issues.
